Construction & Fit-out
General contractors, bathroom fit-out specialists and interior fit-out firms.
Preparing your enquiry.
Fit-out purchases need to match the conditions the installer will find on site. Include the current architectural and service drawings, finished opening dimensions, wall construction and planned installation sequence. For bathrooms, identify the interfaces between the shower base, wall panels, glazing, vanity and plumbing rather than quoting each component in isolation.
List the product documents the project team needs to review and identify who approves them. Agree packaging and labels around floors, buildings or work zones, together with unloading and storage constraints. This makes the purchasing brief useful to both the supplier preparing the order and the team receiving it.
