Questions about quotations, samples and supply.
For questions about a particular product, include the model or application when contacting the team.
Ask a QuestionSend the product schedule and identify the categories you need. We can review the proposed package across hospitality products, solid surface, furniture and MMA adhesives, then identify the items offered, exclusions and coordination scope in the quotation. A combined shipment depends on product readiness, packing requirements and the agreed route.
Provide item descriptions, quantities, drawings or dimensions, material and finish references, delivery destination and required dates. For a hotel or apartment project, include the room or unit-type schedule. If a detail is undecided, identify it so the quotation can distinguish a priced assumption from an approved specification.
Yes. Send the current revision and highlight the items you want quoted or reviewed. Identify critical dimensions, service interfaces and approval requirements. The quotation should define any drawing or development work included; final design and local approval responsibilities must be agreed for the project.
Samples are free. Tell us the product, colour or finish reference and whether you need a colour chip, finish sample or fabricated prototype. We will confirm the available sample format and preparation schedule. The team will confirm sample availability, any custom development scope and delivery arrangements with you.
Send the physical reference or identifying colour code, the material and finish required, and the quantity. We will review the available options. Approve a physical sample or trial joint where appearance is critical; the acceptable match, any development work and repeat-order conditions should be recorded before production.
The inspection scope should name the items, checks, sample quantity, reference drawings and approved samples. It should also identify who performs the inspection, how findings are reported and who releases shipment. Ask for this scope in the quotation; it varies between furniture, surfaces, sanitary products and adhesives.
Check the quotation for the scope of product supply, samples, drawing work, packaging, inspection and freight. Request clarification of any exclusion before placing the order. Additional development, testing or sourcing work should have an agreed scope and price before it starts.
Normal production takes around 20–30 days, depending on the product, quantity, material availability and approvals. Confirm the production schedule for the actual order before placing it. This is a production estimate, not a site-arrival promise: sample preparation, shipping, customs clearance and local delivery may add time. Share your required arrival date so the full schedule can be reviewed.
Yes. We are based in China and supply worldwide, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, South America, India and Russia. For a delivery quotation, provide the destination port or delivery address and any receiving restrictions. The route, freight scope, delivery term and charges are agreed for each consignment; include any requirements from your nominated forwarder.
Include the product, quantity, proposed brand artwork, packaging format and destination market in the enquiry. Available customisation, minimum order, artwork approval, labelling responsibilities and sample requirements need to be agreed for the product offered.
Send the order reference, product or item code, batch information if available, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Keep packaging and inspection records where relevant. The response will depend on the product, the order terms and the findings; replacement availability and finish matching need to be checked for the specific item.
Use the enquiry form to identify the project and product categories, then attach or reference a structured item schedule. State the required delivery date and any immediate decision you need. Include contact details for the person who can resolve drawing, finish and quantity questions.
Tell us what the project needs. We will tell you what is achievable.
Include the product references, quantities, finish requirements and destination. If you have drawings or schedules, identify the current revision and any unresolved details.
